When a visitor fills it out, Kept sends a warm welcome email right away, then a gentle follow-up sequence over the following month, at day 7, day 14, and day 30, inviting them back into the life of the church. Staff see every visitor on a single dashboard, can log personal contacts, and get alerted the moment a visitor leaves a note that needs pastoral care.
